Sustainable Healthcare SIG
The BASHH BHIVA Sustainable Healthcare SIG (Sus SIG) was launched at the BASHH conference in 2024 . The aim of the SIG is to drive awareness, action and share best practice in environmental sustainability across HIV and Sexual Health clinics across the UK and within our national organisations.
Members
We are a multidisciplinary group of motivated healthcare workers (including consultants, registrars, specialty doctors, nurses, pharmacists, Public Health staff and a community representative).

10 Steps to a Greener Sexual Health and HIV Clinic
This document is a practical guide to support sexual health and HIV services in reducing the environmental impact of the care they provide. It has been produced by the BASHH BHIVA sustainable healthcare special interest group (SIG) and endorsed by the Centre for Sustainable Healthcare.
