Only online credit card payments will be accepted at the time of registration. BASHH does not have the capacity to take payments via PO/Invoice

Disclaimer:
The feedback survey for this event must be completed in order to receive your certificate of attendance.
The event organiser reserves the right to make changes to the conference programme and speakers without prior notice.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations in writing prior to the event will have the fee refunded less a cancellation charge of 10%.

Cancellations must be received in writing and sent to the event administration team. Regrettably, BASHH cannot transfer you to another event or training course if you are unable to attend.

Photographing/recording:

The recording/photographing of any part of this course is strictly forbidden and delegates are reminded that photographing an image of somebody without consent is a GMC reportable offence.
