The 29^th Annual BASHH SAS Doctors' Conference will take place at Conference Aston in Birmingham on 4^th and 5^th September 2026. The conference will once again being offered as a complete package, including engaging lectures, interactive workshops, a conference dinner with evening entertainment and hotel style accommodation. We have a fantastic range of relevant educational topics, delivered by eminent professionals - please see the programme for full details.

Registration and a draft programme will be available in early 2026.

When making your booking, the accommodation option is separated from the conference registration option to ensure compliance with VAT regulations; Your receipt will show the full package price. The bedrooms at the conference centre will be allocated on a first come first served basis and once these rooms are fully booked, we can signpost delegates to alternative accommodation. Please note that the bedrooms are sold at cost price and BASHH does not make a surplus from the sale of the rooms.

The conference organiser reserves the right to make changes to the conference programme and speakers without prior notice.

Registration includes conference attendance and meals (including conference dinner). Overnight accommodation is optional. BASHH make no profit on the sale of bedrooms.

Cancellation policy

Only online payments will be accepted.
Cancellation received before the early bird deadline; fee refunded less a cancellation charge of 10%.
Cancellation received more than 14 days prior to the event start date (21st August); fee refunded less a cancellation charge of 50%.
Cancellation received less than 14 days before the event start date (21st August); no refund.
Cancellations must be received in writing and sent to the conference administration team. Regrettably, BASHH cannot transfer you to another event or training course if you are unable to attend.
