The 29^th Annual BASHH SAS Doctors' Conference will take place at Conference Aston in Birmingham on 4^th and 5^th September 2026. The conference is once again being offered as a complete package, including engaging lectures, interactive workshops, a conference dinner with evening entertainment and hotel style accommodation. Please note that BASHH does not have the capacity to take payment for events via invoice. Payment can only be made via the website using a credit card. Finance teams wishing to pay for a delegate using a credit card can do so by setting up a free online account, following the normal booking procedure and entering the delegates name and email address, where requested.

The conference organiser reserves the right to make changes to the conference programme and speakers without prior notice.

Registration includes conference attendance and meals (including conference dinner). Overnight accommodation is optional. BASHH make no profit on the sale of bedrooms.

Cancellation policy

Only online payments will be accepted.
Cancellation received before the early bird deadline; fee refunded less a cancellation charge of 10%.
Cancellation received more than 14 days prior to the event start date (21st August); fee refunded less a cancellation charge of 50%.
Cancellation received less than 14 days before the event start date (21st August); no refund.
Cancellations must be received in writing and sent to the conference administration team. Regrettably, BASHH cannot transfer you to another event or training course if you are unable to attend.
