Supervising to Safeguard in Health Organisations

9th May 2019

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Location:

Duncan Catterall Room, Mortimer Market Centre, Capper Street, London, WC1E 6JB

A 1 day condensed programme designed to assist participants to deliver a model of supervision that works within a health organisation and contributes towards keeping children safe from harm.

The importance of the restorative (support function) and the impact of emotions on the critical thinking required for effective safeguarding is integral to the model, and it is therefore compatible with the restorative supervision approach being used elsewhere within the NHS.
