An Inclusive Future in Sexual and Reproductive Health
Join a range of SRH professionals at our 18th annual Joint BASHH and FSRH Virtual Conference taking place online on Wednesday 29 March 2023.
We know that maintaining good sexual and reproductive health (SRH) has profound and positive long-term effects on individuals and society. We also know that many people experience poor SRH health outcomes. This one-day conference uniquely brings together BASHH and FSRH expertise to address sexual and reproductive health inequalities, and to consider how to achieve positive changes to practices and services.
Our expert panel of clinicians will discuss cross-cutting issues and explore what needs to happen on the ground to improve diagnosis, early interventions, and treatment for patients. The conference will present learnings from case studies and how this can be applied across different pathways, and how to bring about an inclusive future in sexual and reproductive health.
Sessions will provide clinical updates from the FSRH and BASHH and include discussions around diversity and inclusion when providing SRH care, mpox, complex contraception and STI cases, and more.
If you are unable to join us live, you can purchase your ticket to watch a recording on –demand at a time convenient to you. All delegates will gain access to the event content afterwards for up to one month.
Learning Outcomes:
- Appreciate the wide range of experiences of people using SRH service
- Outline current and upcoming BASHH and FSRH clinical guidelines and standards
- Consider diversity and inclusion when providing SRH care (to include sexuality, gender diversity, neurodiversity, ethnic background, ability).
- Evaluate changes required to your own practice and service to address SRH health inequalities and improve outcomes
